How our pricing works

All labor is priced out at $60/hr, pro-rated - that means that if we work on your system for 15 minutes, it'll be $15.00.

Our labor charges are on a "pay what you can" basis. When you're presented with your invoice, we ask that you pay what you can afford - nobody should be missing out on groceries, rent, medicine, or life because they needed their computer fixed. Pay what you can, and your bill is marked "paid".

If your system will require parts to fix the problem, our parts partners will be contacted and we'll get you a quote. Payment for parts will be due before your parts are ordered and all sales and installation of parts are final.
